| About Us Oak Medical Services Ltd has been established for over 30 years and we are specialists in the design manufacture sales service and repair of tourniquet equipment and accessories. In the beginning we started manufacturing tourniquet, veterinary, anesthetic and mobility equipment and we were making advances into innovation in these areas, however we always seemed to be more and more work directed to tourniquet equipment and our advances in this were recognized by a royal visit by Prince Charles when he visited our industrial area in the 1980’s. We grew from this to manufacturing for a large surgical orthopedic firm by the name of Thackeray as well as having our own small line in tourniquet and ancillary equipment. In these past years of experience we have combined our skills and our director sat on the British standard committee for tourniquet equipment and we have worked closely with the MOD, MDA and other bodies. We have and can advise on many different tourniquet issues.
